Terms and Conditions on which all our goods are offered. Payment and postage. Payment is accepted by cheque, postal order or by Paypal at no extra charge. Items will be dispatched within 14 days of receipt of cleared payment. For postage outside of the UK or for items heavier than 2kg, please contact us for details of costs. All items are sent Recorded Delivery, for added security. Postage Rates: All orders carry a standing Carriage Charge of £10.50 up to a weight of 2kg. We will, where possible refund postage for smaller, lighter items e.g bells, trail tape etc. Returns Policy Returns only accepted for unused goods returned in original packaging. Returns must be notified and returned within 7 days of receipt. Delivery charges are not refundable All items for the UK and within the European Union incur vat at 15%, Please allow 14 days for delivery on all products.
