Contact is a versatile and light weight electronic tracking collar which allows the stalker to track his dog up to 10kms (6.2 miles). The unit is tough and easy to use with an inbuilt inferred beam which allows the collar to be switched on and of at distance. The transmitter signal indicates distance and direction of the dog with easy to follow visible and audible indicators.
The unit works on lithium batteries and volume can be adjusted to suit the handler. The unit also allows the use of a standard earphone. The tracker unit is capable of tracking 99 individual dogs at the same time and the display indicates to the handler whether his dog is in motion or is stationary. A bark indicator (optional) allows the handler to know if the dog has found when beyond normal hearing range or in adverse weather conditions.
The remote unit weighs 270 g and the collar only 140g. Both are of tough construction and come with a years guarantee. The collar is fully waterproof and easy to clean and maintain.
